Quality Control (Inspection Department)
We have a well equipped, temperature controlled,
inspection department with a wide variety of micrometers, digital
measuring equipment, and thread gages.
With resolution of .0002" accuracy on the machine tool, with
our Renishaw Touch probes and true positioning of locations as
close as .00005" of an inch, we can inspect parts during the
process without even removing the part from the machine.
Our 44" X 80" surface plate and our Brown
and Sharp 24" X 30" 5000 lb. capacity CMM along with
a Starrett Altissimo 36" digital height
gage, assist with our precision quality inspection.
